6th through 12th graders

Engaging and fun weekly experience
directing all students toward a deeper relationship with each other and Jesus.
We play high energy games, sing loud, and dive into God's Word.

SNACK SHACK is open!
Dinner for $5 and everything else is $2 and under!

Students will not be allowed to participate in events if this document is not completed. About Us

middle & high schoolers

Elevate Student Ministry is a place for students in middle school & high school to find a sense of belonging and community.

Through relevant teaching, engaging worship, fun games, and impactful Life Groups, we help see students develop a deep relationship with Jesus.
There are many chances for students to connect & grow through Elevate.
We have many events that take place during the course of the year from lock-ins, camps, retreats, conferences, mission trips, etc.... Below, take a look at some of the highlights from this last year.

Get to know Pastor Michael.

Pastor Michael joined our ministry team as our Student & Worship Pastor in September 2019.  Pastor Michael has a passion for helping Middle School & High School students be connected to and grow in their relationship with Christ.  He also loves leading God's people into His presence during our worship gatherings.

He is joined by his wife, Claudia, and their two daughters.  Michael has served at churches in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Oregon.

Pastor Michael loves sports. Pastor Michael's favorite teams are: any team hailing from Chicago except the Chicago Cubs and his beloved Ohio State Buckeyes.  Pastor Michael also loves to play video games and fish. Pastor Michael's favorite thing is to spend time with his girls.

Becky

NYI President &
HS Girls Life Group Leader
Becky represents our student ministry on the church board and helps coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Student Ministry.

Kelly aka: Sprinkles

HS Boys Life Group Leader
Our weekly games and special events just wouldn't be the same without Kelly! He helps to plan all sorts of events and activities throughout the year. He is also a great fisherman.

Kelley

HS Girls Life Group Leader and Amazing Cook
Kelley is our creative and crafty swag maker. Some people like making shoes. Some people like making pottery. People like Kelley make everything.

Gabrielle

MS Girls Life Group Leader
Always up for a cup of coffee, Gabe helps lead worship and takes pictures. She is also our church's Office Manager and helps our church to function.

Kelsey

MS Girls Life Group Leader
Teacher by trade, but being a super cool middle school leader is her superpower. She is always willing to play games and get dirty.

Gideon

MS Boys Life Group Leader
Welding, woodworking, growing a beard, and leading the middle school boys group are all some of Gideon's strengths. But Gideon is so cool that words cannot describe his awesomeness.

Eric

MS Boys Life Group Leader
Eric is another one of our fishing- extra ordinaires. He also gives us a good time on the water when a tube is attached to his boat.
